Gavin Davis

Managing Partner

Gavin is a seasoned strategic communications expert and writer with experience advising multinationals, mayors, state governors and cabinet ministers. He has held several senior posts including CEO of a prominent South African public relations firm, Partner at a Middle East-based government advisory practice and Member of Parliament. He has an MA degree in politics from the University of Cape Town and an MSc in economic policy from the University of London.

Tracè Venter

Partner

Tracè has held several senior communications positions in the public sector including in Parliament and the Western Cape Government, where she was Director of Strategic Communications. Most recently, Tracè was COO of a prominent public affairs firm where she advised clients across several sectors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Philosophy in Political Management from Stellenbosch University.

Catherine Davis

Partner

Catherine is a content marketing specialist with experience managing communications for a number of organisations. Formerly an editor and feature writer, she has held senior positions at a number of publications including Discovery Magazine, Shape Magazine, Private Edition and Cosmopolitan. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Rhodes University.

Bianca Capazorio

Senior Consultant

With nearly two decades in media and communications, Bianca has a diverse background that spans journalism, government communications, and private sector PR. She began her career as a journalist, later transitioning into government communications and eventually into private sector work, where she has handled PR for some of the world’s largest companies operating in Africa. She has a BA degree in Journalism and English from Rhodes University.

Janke Tolmay

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Janke has previously worked as a broadcast journalist, and has held senior communications roles at the French Embassy, a local political party and at an environmental NPO. Janke holds a BA in Journalism and a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Pretoria. She is currently pursuing an MA in Political Communications at the University of Cape Town.
